Triumph for All Generations

My Eve,

The success of Marzenie can be summarized in one word – triumph. It is the treasure hidden in plain sight that was overlooked by every eye which saw it as just another house. Marzenie was so much more than a residence of a Polish family who attained a small degree of wealth in the poor economy of the Polish communist system of government. It was a lifestyle. It was a perpetual sequence of human victories over seemingly insurmountable obstacles. The same dream of Antoni and Antonina that inspired them to hope, plan and believe that their aspirations could be attained, lives on in the hearts, minds and souls of all who have called it home through the years. The happiness and pleasures of yesterday are alive today and will be present tomorrow to the next generation of every man, woman and child who put forth their hands to receive the bountiful blessings of the one true God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ultimately, Marzenie was a triumph for the Most high God. When your parents reached out in dreams, believing that they could achieve their dreams, they reached out to God and held out empty hands of faith to receive their dream filled, packed down and running over with blessing and love of Creator God. God spoke creation into being. He made nothing into something. Antonina and Antoni had nothing except hope but God blessed the work of their hands and they received the fulfillment of their labor. Marzenie was a work of faith. It was a fruit of believing that with God all things are possible. It was not Marzenie that made Antoni and Antonina rich. It was their daily walk with God, their trust in his way and their knowledge that his eternal, immutable law was the one true standard by which to direct their thoughts, actions and foot steps. They lived their beliefs and in faith they stood firm in the way of life when danger was all around them. Their lives are an example of how to succeed in any time, place or situation. Their success was not only a victory for themselves but also a triumph for all generations. May we be mentored by their life walk which they lived openly and unashamed.
