Our conservative values have been under attack from the very beginning of our nation. Recent elections prove just how polarized our nation is. Those who love individual freedom are diametrically opposed to those favoring socialism/communism. We have in effect, a spiritual civil war for the future & present government, religion and culture of the United States of America. At issue is whether the Most High God is God or the beastly government of man is sovereign. Gods’ people know the answer. Only the Most Big God is sovereign. We are not deceived and we will stand on his Word knowing that there is no other god. The past 4 years have been ongoing war as our President Trump has been perpetually brutalized and his supporters were intimidated, suppressed and discouraged. It’s time for the Supreme Court of the United States to outlaw permanently the use of voting irregularities for changing valid victories into a shameful scam to overturn the real election results. The effects of civil war are always cataclysmic. We actually experience many of them at this very present time. The poverty, disease and ignorance of a country suffering the ravages of a long civil war destroy a nation and all expectation of a return of pleasant and peaceful days. The advanced stages of civil war and unrest always bring starvation and unsanitary living conditions in a camp without running water, toilets, showers, wash basins, physicians, medical care, medicines or hospitals. When all resources are used in war, expectations of more atrocities and starvation bring despondency to the citizens of the afflicted country, for the people are robbed of hope which springs eternal to all those suffering. Deplorable conditions or loss of good expectations causes a lack of faith and loss of faith is loss of hope. This is what satan, the eternal enemy of God and man, attempts every day of a Christians’ life. Through the blindness of our educationally programmed expectations, we would be in a perpetual state of atrophy. When we come into a fullness of knowledge of Christ our eyes are opened to the manifold blessings of God and even the tortures, of a concentration camp cannot break the spirit. For all who are sanctified (set apart from the world to God) by the Most High God, hope springs eternal for we draw strength and hope from our Lord. Those without Christ give in to the emptiness that fills the soul of those who lose hope. When we first met our hopes were ignited as we looked forward to the next meeting and opportunity to speak or share time together. Hope is a vital part of any relationship from the inception through the duration of that union. It’s true that our God is our ultimate source of hope, but the love we share is a perpetual ‘warm, fuzzy feeling’ and as long as we are together and cling to the promise He gave us when He brought us together, hope springs eternal for today and the new tomorrow.
Hoping in our God and us, Kochany
