My Queen Makes Her Entrance

Eve, your Royal Highness,

It was formal attire night on our first day at sea, on our Alaska Cruise. Eve wore black dress with black high heels. She was beautiful as always. No-one cold ignore her when she entered the dining room with me. Like a bride at a wedding all eyes were on her and not the man who brought her. We entered together as King and Queen of the evening. (When I’m with her I am a king and near by my side is my Queen!) We were seated at a table for two, my Queen and I, and treated like royalty. It pleases me to share highlights of life with her. What more could a man ask for? It is her desire to be by my side as she is in my heart and mind perpetually. Unassuming and without arrogance she graces every occasion she attends. She was not taught at a finishing school but she exhibits all the charm, grace and grandeur of a monarch. She took the talent, beauty, wit and intelligence God gave to her and in His wisdom and instruction fashioned a woman worthy of recognition and praise. Like the woman in Proverbs 31, ‘A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of his life.’ I am blessed because she is mine as the final verses of Proverbs record, ‘She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her. Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honor her for all the works her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.’ This is the stature of my Queen, my love and my wife. When my Queen makes her entrance she will always be by my side.

Content and at peace with you my Queen, King kochany
