God gave the man to the woman when He gave the woman to the man. She was created to improve the lives of both genders that the full glory of God might be manifested. The letters express and illustrate deep feeling, thought and love of a man for the Most High God who created him and the woman God gave who completes him.

Men are notorious for inability to express their feelings of love to those they hold dear. Most importantly, men fail at communicating with their wives in tenderness, by listening intently to events of her day; what was important, embarrassing, enlightening, uplifting, humiliating, etc. She wants to share these events with the man she trusts knowing that she can reveal all matters with him. This is what being one means to her. When men complain that their wives don’t talk with them, it is most likely they are not listening. Wives are telling you everything you need to know and then some if you will just listen. She loves you and she needs to touch your heart, mind and soul to be all God created her to be. To listen is to love. To love is to listen.

Men and women fail to communicate with our Creator God. We were created to have fellowship with the Most High God. He created man in his image (‘Let us create man in our image’) and uniquely equipped us to communicate with Him as our father to learn of him all those precepts, principles and eternal laws from the mind of our God. We fail God because we aren’t listening to him. Like the women in our lives, God will tell us everything we need or want to know about Him and His creation. When we draw near to him (draw near to God and He will draw near to you) we become more like him. He loves us and needs to touch our heart, mind and soul to be all that He created us to be. To listen is to love. To love is to listen.
