Gods’ Glory Denied
Eva, my honey,
We met when we worked at the agricultural division of our company. Medicines for veterinary practice and animal health were some of the primary products developed and sold by our employer. Many of the best scientists, technicians and veterinarians developed medicines to improve animal health which improved farming and food production while simultaneously reducing infection and disease. When men strive with good cause and pure intentions, God blesses their work and people prosper and live longer. There was a wall in Building A2 and another in R1 which paid tribute to the outstanding Fellows (Outstanding Scientists) who made contributions to medicines that were developed and marketed by our firm. Every one of these scientists were a gift from God to man for the improvement of the lives of men, but not one mention was made of the Most High God nor was there even a hint of homage paid to that same God of all knowledge who made it possible. All the various Halls of Fame are alike in this oversight. They call attention to the man (male and female) who God used but never mention the God who enabled and inspired the man to great accomplishments. If God first gave the man, then birthed him in the time period required, then opened the doors which placed him where he could fulfill his God given mission and finally achieve success and worldly acclaim then why does man arrogantly claim all the credit, which rightfully belongs to God, and fail to humbly acknowledge the Holy Heavenly Father who lifted him up in his generation? This is pride of life, when we knowingly accept credit for ourselves which rightfully belongs to another. When we neglect to give the glory to God, we reject the blessing of God which would follow that profession. It is written, (Isaiah 42:6) “I am the Lord, that is my Name, I will not give my glory to another.” Let us not deny our all glorious God the credit due only to him. That is why your Kochany gives thanks to the Lord for bringing you to me. By including the Holy One of Israel in our union we glorify and worship Him as the rock upon which our marriage is founded. When men take credit for the work God enabled them to perform, it is always Gods’ glory denied. Let us always remember that it is God who keeps us together. I love you and you love me but God alone is worthy of glory and praise.
Grateful to God for you and us, Kochany
