I Wish You Were Tired Tonight

My energetic Ewa,
Tonight your Kochany is exceptionally tired, but you seem brim full of energy. My thoughts have centered upon you throughout the day. Often you nestle in the midst of my heart as events of the day unfold. It is good to be with you and my longing is for you to be close to me. However it is in the span between parting and reunion that proves the mettle and reality of a relationship which will not, cannot be anything but devoted, permanent and complete. My intense love for you is evident in my total commitment to you and us. Like a sponge saturated with water, am I filled to capacity with your love. A fulfilling relationship such as ours’ perpetually fills the sponge of desire to saturation. Saturation is a description of our love. I wish you were tired tonight because then you would sit beside me and cuddle. Sometimes we need this.
Our Lord Jesus was saturated with such a love for his Heavenly Father. He was also saturated with love for his bride, the church. His love was so intense that it was unthinkable to do anything that would hurt his Holy Father or Gods’ people. This is the greatest example of love! This is the law of love and grace. When a man and woman are devoted to God and family, the desire to please and never disappoint makes it impossible to break the sanctimony of the relationship. This kind of love fulfills all the commandments. Let us seek to be like Jesus in all that we think, say and do. In this we shall please God and each other. I wish you were tired tonight. I need you near me now.
