Like a Captain Inspecting the Ship

My shipmate Eve,

Soon after boarding our ship in Seattle, we went directly to our room to settle in. You always assume control of our rooms with a mindful inspection, carefully checking for amenities, necessary accessaries and hygiene items. We were both pleased with our room and I set our luggage inside the room but you decided to wait to unpack until after we ate our lunch and attended the mandatory evacuation demonstration. We studied the ship’s layout and decided to walk the decks and locate the dining rooms, shops, theaters, specialty restaurants, spas, swimming pools, workout area and outdoor athletics area. Then we walked the entire ship, taking our afternoon walk on the promenade, carefully locating each place we might visit during our cruise. There is comfort for a man in the manner in which his woman assumes complete control in the day to day requirements like meals, arrangement of clothing, linens and furniture arrangements. They are great at planning an orderly procession of events to best fill the day. Women just know these things. It is inherent in their being. Whether at home, visitation or vacation men feel secure in her command of every related situation and we never doubt her intentions or resolve to insist on her rigid standards. We love you ladies for this! God did a marvelous thing when He made a help mate for Adam. Though He created her Adams’ equal, God made her better at those interactions in the family which yield the greatest satisfaction in relationships. When her man wants to wade into a problem with reckless abandon, she perceives his sincere motive and redirects it through the love of her heart with gentleness which enables him to experience responses of tenderness from appreciative recipients of the delicate nature of her man. She knows her man and she never fails to bring out the best in him. Holy Father in Heaven you did good when you brought our Ewa to me. She makes our life better. It must please you when you watch her effortlessly attend to the needs of our home and family. Each day, like a captain inspecting his ship, she glorifies you by being everything you created her to be.

Aye, Aye my Eva Sir! Kochany
