She Walks with Me

My Eve, who knows all the paths of my heart, soul and mind

Since our journey together began, it has been a massive source of hope, encouragement and strength in knowing with no doubt or reservations that my Eve is dedicated and cleaves to her man for in all circumstances she walks with me. Occasionally the way is uncertain but during those trials we wait on God and He fights our battles for us. That way we never lose. We walk with God and Eve walks with me. Because she walks with me, her counsel is powerful in moments of indecision. Her tenderness balances my raw reason which often lacks in the emotional perception and attitude for life where we live it. When she talks with me I am comforted. She walks within me as well for the talking, the loving, the laughing and the touching we share has made us part of a greater person than both of us individually. Her feelings are always obvious as she gives of herself in the highs, lows and plateaus of our days. I know her and she knows me. The knowing makes all things better. Her many godly thoughts, attitudes and attributes reinforce my own godly traits and we are more like our Gracious Lord Jesus who taught us to emulate his walk on earth in service to his Heavenly Father. In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prayed that we would be in him, “I (Jesus) in Thee (God) and they in me (Christ).” God promised to restore the lost dominion which satan usurped. Jude 1:14 says ‘Behold the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints.’ We wait expectantly for his return for we are certain that God does not lie. All that he foretells will come to pass. Until that day we will walk with him. I will be triumphant with Eve for she walks with me.
